When you book an appointment or contact us, we collect: your name, phone number, email (optional), service selected, preferred date/time, and any special requests. We do not collect payment card details or government IDs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To confirm and manage your appointment via WhatsApp or phone
• To send appointment reminders (24 hours before)
• To respond to inquiries you send us
• To display your review on our website (first name only, with your consent)

We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.

3. How We Share Your Information

We never sell, rent or trade your data. Booking details are shared only within our team so your assigned artist can prepare. We disclose data to authorities only if legally required.

4. Data Storage & Security

Booking data is stored on a secure server with HTTPS. Only authorised team members can access it. We retain records for up to 12 months, then delete them.

5. Your Rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by WhatsApping us. We will respond within 7 business days.

6. WhatsApp & Third-Party Services

When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for privacy practices of Instagram or Google Maps.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe this has happened, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

1. Booking & Appointments

Bookings can be made via our website form, WhatsApp, or phone. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a WhatsApp confirmation from us. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. We recommend booking bridal services 2–4 weeks in advance.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Regular services: Inform us at least 4 hours before your appointment
• Bridal packages: Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a partial cancellation fee
• No-shows: Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings

3. Payments & Pricing

We accept Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfer. Prices shown are starting prices — final pricing depends on service complexity and will be confirmed before the service begins. For bridal packages, a 25–50% advance may be required.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're unhappy with a service, tell us before leaving or within 24 hours. We will redo or correct it at no charge. We do not offer cash refunds for completed services. Our guarantee covers service quality, not preference changes made after the service.

5. Health & Allergy Disclosure

Patch tests are available on request, especially recommended for hair colour and chemical treatments. Oreal is not liable for reactions from undisclosed conditions. Inform us if you are pregnant before any chemical treatment.

6. Photography

We may photograph your finished look for Instagram/website only with your consent. You can decline at any time with no pressure. If you give consent and later change your mind, contact us and we'll remove your photos.

7. Studio Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful environment. We ask all clients to treat our staff and fellow clients with courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive or disrespectful.

8. Limitation of Liability

Oreal's total liability in any situation shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for reactions from undisclosed allergies, loss of personal belongings, or indirect damages. This does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], [State].
